Sample
Q: How to get samples?
A: we are glad to provide you sample before bulk, so pls talk to our sales representative freely
Q: how much the sample cost will be and how long to get samples?
A: due to sampling being made by manual working along, the cost is higher than mass production and will depend on style and quantity. And usually within 7or 15days to finish samples but SMS samples time, pls contact our sales representative for confirmation.
Q:how long time get sample ?
A:Simple products within 7-10 days ,the customization products within 15-25days .

Q: When I can get a feedback after I sent inquiry?

Delivery Time
A: Normally the Leadtime is 45 or 60 working days from occur shipment,We will offer the correct delivery date after the order quantity and real conditions.
OEM and ODM Order
Q: Do you accept OEM and ODM order?
A: Yes, Products can be made as your customize requirement. We can do the OEM and ODM on your own logo and package.
Q: What do I need to provide for the OEM and OEM order?
A: You need to send us the sample or design files in AI or PDF format anything . And our engineer can make effect pictures to you for reference.
Q: What are your usual payment terms for orders?
A: We usually provide 1-2pcs of samples to you. If you have special requirement on the sample qty, please confirm it with our sales representative before placing order.
Q: Do you support annual products innovation service .
A: We support the annual products innovation service ,we will push new products for clients fowl each year .

MOQ
The different products has different MOQ some is 100pcs, 300 pcs , 600 pcs per order,please discussion with our sale manager .
Packaging
Appropriate stuffing inside, moisture resistant beads inside, plastic protector on all the
metal parts, hang tag at outside, a carton weight doesn’t more than 15kg to 20kg .put your logo and company information on outside carton.the carton support customization .
Shipping
(1)Express: Door to door shipping,DHL,Fedex ,Aramax,UPS,EMS. It will always take 5-7working days.
(2) Air shipping,usually about 10days.
(3)Sea shipping,usually about 35-42days.
